Informa plc ("Informa") completes the disposal of its five Corporate Training businesses.

Informa, one of the world's leading knowledge providers, today announces the completion of the disposal of its five Corporate Training businesses to Providence Equity Partners. This follows the announcement of the agreement of terms with Providence Equity Partners on July 22nd.
