Notice of AGM

Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India,  announces that a notice was posted to shareholders today convening an annual general meeting  ("AGM") of the Company to be held at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on 13 December 2017 at 12 noon.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2017 were posted to shareholders on 29 September 2017.

The Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM are also available from the Company's website, www.iiplc.com.
