Publishing Technology plc
Appointment of nominated adviser and broker
Following a review, Publishing Technology plc is pleased to announce the
appointment of JMFinn Capital Markets as nominated adviser and broker, with
immediate effect.
George Lossius, chief executive of Publishing Technology, said: "Publishing
Technology was formed in early 2007, following the merger of VISTA International
Ltd., and Ingenta plc. We have moved quickly to integrate the businesses and the
value of the merger has been demonstrated by our positive interim results and
recent new business wins.
"We look forward to working with JMFinn Capital Markets to build awareness of
Publishing Technology among investors as the company continues to grow in 2008."
