Key operational appointment at Inland Homes

Inland Homes plc, a leading brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder, has appointed Gary Skinner as a Managing Director of Inland Ltd, its main operating subsidiary, to directly oversee the Company's construction activities and project delivery.

Gary joins Inland Homes from Willmott Dixon Housing, where he was a Board Director and spent nine years, most recently as Director of Operations overseeing the complete operational delivery of circa 800-1000 units per annum. During his time at Willmott Dixon he was responsible for over £500 million of residential development, including the £83 million development of Tesco in Woolwich, together with 259 apartments; the £75 million Rayners Lane Regeneration, comprising over 600 units; and Bagleys Lane, Chelsea, a £19 million development of 109 units.

Previous to Willmott Dixon, Gary worked at George Wimpey for over seven years, in both the South London and East London divisions, latterly as a Production Director responsible for site delivery. During this time, Gary oversaw an average of 16 sites at any one time, many of which were bespoke.
