Detailed Planning Permission received for land in Chelmsford
Following the Company Trading Update on 27 July 2012, Inland Homes plc is pleased to confirm receipt of detailed planning permission for 127 residential plots (including 14 affordable units) for the northern part of St John's Hospital, Chelmsford. The estimated gross development value of this 6.5-acre site amounts to £26.5m.
