Appointment of CFO
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan (Jon) Ballard as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2020.
Jon joined Inspiration Healthcare in 2017 as Group Finance Controller and has worked alongside Mike Briant the retiring Chief Financial Officer for over 3 years. As has been previously announced, Mike Briant will retire from the Board at the end of June 2020 and will continue to work full time with the Group until the end of August and will then continue during a handover period part time until November 2020.
In accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules the following information in relation to the appointment of Jon Ballard is disclosed:
Jon, aged 42 , does not hold and has not held directorships/partnerships in the five years preceding his appointment at the Company.
Jon does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
