Audit Committee Chairman

Post resignation of Mr. Anthony Juliano from the board, the position of the Chairman of Audit Committee was vacant. We are pleased to announce Mr. Raj Nanadiwada has accepted to be the Chairman of Audit Committee, with effect from 16^th December 2011.
