Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that it was notified today that Timothy Lacey, spouse of Liz Shanahan, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 14,532 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 61.85 pence per share on 28 November 2022.

Following the purchase, Liz Shanahan, together with her spouse, hold a total of 49,532 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately  0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
