Retirement of Chief Financial Officer
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that Mike Briant, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, will be retiring from the Board at the end of June 2020. Mike has agreed to continue to work with the Group during a handover period which will end in November 2020. It is intended that Jonathan Ballard, currently Inspiration's Financial Controller, will become the Group's Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 July 2020. A further announcement concerning Jonathan's proposed appointment to the Inspiration Healthcare Board will be made in due course.
Neil Campbell, Inspiration Healthcare's CEO commented, "On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to thank Mike for his contribution to the Company over the past three and a half years. I am also pleased that in Jon Ballard we have developed a strong successor to Mike. Jon has been with the business as Group Financial Controller for over three years and, along with the rest of the Board, I look forward to working with him as CFO in the coming years."
