Directors' shareholdings

India Hospitality Corp. ("IHC" or the "Company") was notified on 21 December 2011 that on 19 December 2011 Mr Ravi Deol and Mr Sandeep Vyas, directors of the Company purchased, in aggregate, 2,661,667 $0.001 ordinary shares representing 7.89% of the total issue and paid up share capital of the Company at $0.20 per share from JANA Master Fund, Ltd as follows:
