India Hospitality Corp. ("IHC" or the "Company") was notified on 24 January 2012 that on 24 January 2012 Mr Jason Ader, Mr Ravi Deol and Mr Sandeep Vyas, directors of the Company purchased, in aggregate, 919,586 $0.001 ordinary shares representing 2.7% of the total issue and paid up share capital of the Company at $0.09 per share.
