Director/PDMR Shareholding and Holding in Company

                   Holdings in Company and Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 1 May 2007 that Bramley Limited, ('Bramley') a
company owned by a discretionary trust of which Lionel Simons, the Chairman of
the Company, and his family, are potential beneficiaries, sold 259,227 Ordinary
1p shares at 19.5p per share on 27 April 2007 and 588 shares at 17p on 13 April
2007.  The sales were made through the market by Falcon Securities, the
Company's broker. The gross proceeds of these disposals are £50,649.

Bramley has in turn agreed to make available a portion of the proceeds of these
disposals to the Company by way of a standby credit facility (the 'Facility').
These funds will be used to provide working capital to support the currently
increasing order flow for emission reduction products; Bramley is in discussions
with the Company about the exact size and terms of the Facility, but these will
be on arms length, commercial terms.

Following the disposals, Bramley will hold 966,696 Ordinary Shares, representing
4.88% of the voting rights of the Company.  Lionel Simons will now have
beneficial interests in a total of 1,966,696 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.93%
of the voting rights of the Company.

The Company has been notified by Wills & Co Stockbrokers Limited ("Wills") of
the following movements in Wills' holding in the Company's Ordinary Shares.

12 April 2007 (Notification made on 16 April 2007)

The purchase of 882,353 Ordinary Shares; this increased their holding to
1,226,689 Ordinary Shares; this is equivalent to 6.19% of the Ordinary Shares.

16 April 2007(Notification made on 17 April 2007)

A reduction of their holding to 1,050,689 Ordinary Shares; this is equivalent to
5.30% of the Ordinary Shares.

18 April 2007(Notification made on 19 April 2007)

A reduction of their holding to 716,442 Ordinary Shares; this is equivalent to
3.62% of the Ordinary Shares.
