Directorate change

KleenAir Systems International plc (the "Company") announces that Philip Keane is stepping down as Financial Director.
He was appointed on a part time basis, since the needs of the Company have not required more than this. He has recently
found that the demands of his main employment have not allowed him to devote the necessary time to KleenAir. The Board
regrets his departure and wishes him
well.

The Company has now appointed Katie MacDonald as Chief Financial Officer.  Katie had previously been appointed as
Financial Controller and Company Secretary on 3 August 2006. Katie qualified with KPMG 14 years ago and has been
actively involved in a senior capacity with several listed companies, most notably Powderject.  Katie will not be a
director of the Company.
