KleenAir (AIM:KSI) is pleased to announce that further to yesterday's announcement, the Company has now received all of the outstanding Subscription funds and the Company expects that completion of the Acquisition and Admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM will occur on 26 July 2013.

Defined terms in this announcement should be taken to have the same meaning as set out in the circular which was posted to shareholders on 1 July 2013.
