Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility and Connected Persons


This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the UK
Disclosure Rules.


On 27 January 2006, John Rocca, Managing Director, Asia/Pacific, for Intec
Telecom Systems PLC (the "Company"), exercised options over 23,802 ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary
share capital, at a price of 15p per share.  On the same day Mr Rocca sold
23,802 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital,
in the open market at a price of 69p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Rocca holds nil Ordinary Shares and options
over 292,434 Ordinary Shares with an average exercise price of 104p per share.
