                   Intec Telecom Systems PLC (the "Company")


   Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Directors and Persons
     Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons



The Company announces the following dealings by Directors and PDMRs in the
Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares").



In respect of the executive directors named below, these notifications are made
in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (b), and in respect of the other persons
discharging managerial responsibility named below, in accordance with DR 3.1.4R
(1)(a).



On 8 January 2008 the following executive directors and PDMRs were granted 
"Performance Awards" and "Matching Awards" under the Long-Term Incentive Plan
entitling them to acquire ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company as
summarised below

*Matching Awards have been granted following the acquisition of Shares by the
relevant Directors and PDMRs out of their post-tax bonus for the 2006/07
financial year



No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and only the executive
directors will have to pay an Option price of 1p per share to exercise their
awards following vesting.  Awards will normally vest on 8 January 2011 subject
to continued employment and meeting earnings per share and (in the case of the
Performance Awards) total shareholder return performance conditions.



The Company was informed of the above transactions on 8th January 2008.
