Executive directors and selected individuals may invest up to 25% of
their annual bonus after tax in Company shares and those that chose
to do so are shown above.  Consequently, they will be eligible to
receive a future matching conditional share award under the LTIP,
subject to customary terms and conditions.  The next annual LTIP
award is expected to be made in January 2010.
