                    Share option grant to directors and PDMRs

On 14 December 2006 the following person discharging managerial responsibility
("PDMR") for the Company, was granted options entitling him to acquire
ordinary shares of 1 penny in the Company under the Intec Company Share Option
Scheme, as summarised below:

The options will normally vest and become exercisable annually at the rate of
50%, 50%, subject to continued employment and the satisfaction of
performance conditions.

The above notifications are made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R (1) (a).

No consideration was paid for the grant of the options and the payment of the
aggregate price is due on the exercise of these options.

Intec Telecom Systems PLC was informed by the executive directors of the above
transactions on 14 December 2006.
