Disclosure of Director's purchase of the Company's shares

The Company has been notified that Mr Alex Hammond-Chambers, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 5 February 2010 at a price of 126.8 pence per ordinary share, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.  

As a result of this purchase, Mr Hammond-Chambers' aggregate holding of shares in the Company has increased to 50,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
