Issue of Shares from Treasury

The Company announces that on 14 July 2020 it issued 75,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 794.0 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Following the issuance, there will be 38,436,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 2,905,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
