Issue of Shares

The Company announces that on 3 June 2021 it issued 30,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its block listing facility.  The Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 712.00 pence per Ordinary Share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 41,383,817 Ordinary Shares and this is the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company.

This figure ( 41,383,817 ) may  be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
