At 28 February 2021, the Company's capital consisted of 41,342,663 ordinary shares. At that date the Company held 529,846 ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights at 28 February 2021 was 40,812,817.

 

The above figure of 40,812,817 may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change of their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
