Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 31^st October 2023 it made a market purchase of 25,000 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 559.60p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	2,290,210
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)	39,093,607
