CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP


At the Annual General Meeting today of Ideal Shopping Direct plc, the
Chairman, Jim Hodkinson, will make the following announcement:


"After the conclusion of today's AGM, Valerie Kaye will stand down as an
executive director with immediate effect and will become a non executive
director. Val and Paul Wright founded Wrightway Marketing 25 years ago, now
Ideal Shopping Direct Plc. Their joint skills and experience have been key to
building a solid base for the future of this business. I would like to thank Val
for her dedication and commitment throughout that time and particularly during
the last four years in bringing Ideal Shopping Direct back from the fire of
2001, and generating the tremendous results of last year. We look forward to her
continuing strategic input in her new non executive role."
