Board Change

Having completed his final term of office, Charles Gregson left the Board on 9 May 2012.

He had been a director of the Company since it became a separate listed company in 2007, but he had also been associated with the business since its inception in his capacity as a director of its former parent company.

The Board extends its thanks to him for his valued contribution during his term.
