Publication of final terms

The final terms dated 3 August 2010 relating to the issue by IPF on 6 August 2010 of €225,000,000 11.50 per cent bonds due 2015 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes are to be issued under IPF's €1,000,000,000 euro medium-term note programme (the "Programme") established on 19 April 2010.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 6 August 2010.

The final terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 19 April 2010 (and supplement thereto dated 23 July 2010) issued in connection with the Programme and which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC.
