RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or the "Company") today advises that Keith Dorrian, who has served as an independent non-executive director since 2006 and as chairman of the Company, has retired as a Director of the Company with effect from today.
The Chairman, on behalf of the whole Board, wished to thank Keith for his valuable contribution to the development of the Company into one of the leading listed infrastructure companies, since its inception in 2006.
