NDIF SALE OF NEXTGENACCESS

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', the 'Company'), the FTSE 250 listed investment company which invests in public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses internationally, notes the successful sale of NextGenAccess Ltd ('NGA') to ITS Technology Group ('ITS'). The Amber-managed National Digital Infrastructure Fund ('NDIF'), in which INPP is invested, invested in NGA, a provider of custom dark fibre infrastructure, in 2018.
NGA owns and operates a network of ultrafast wholesale fibre broadband infrastructure across England and Wales. NDIF has financed a major expansion of its network across the UK, deploying high capacity fibre routes supporting enterprise and business customers across Bristol, Newport, Essex and London. NGA will continue to operate as a standalone business as part of ITS.
