Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company", "INPP"), the listed infrastructure investment company, announces the publication today of a Supplementary Prospectus which is supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus which was published on 19 October 2015.
The Supplementary Prospectus is being published to disclose details of significant events that have taken place since the publication of the Prospectus, notably the release on 24 March 2016 of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements to 31 December 2015.
The Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Supplementary Prospectus and the Prospectus are also available from the Company's website www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com.
