Intertek Group plc ('the Company') published its Annual Report on 5 March 2007
and is now pleased to provide an Annual Information Update ('Update') in
accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2. This Update refers to

public since the previous Update.

To avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document, information headings are provided in
this Update rather than the information being included in full. Information
