On 6 March 2012, under the terms of the Intertek 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'), Wolfhart Hauser and Lloyd Pitchford received the following rights to acquire ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares").

The Share Awards shall normally vest three years from the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Intertek Group. Performance Awards are additionally subject to the achievement of a performance target. The awards were granted on the basis of an average share price of £23.244.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.  No price is payable on the vesting of the awards.

Following this notification Wolfhart Hauser has a total interest in 450,306 share awards and Lloyd Pitchford 125,684.
