ISSUED UNDER THE £2,000,000,000 IMPALA BONDS PROGRAMME BY INVESTEC BANK PLC (THE "ISSUER")

In order to correct an inconsistency in the Final Terms relating to the Notes, the following amendments have been made:

1.         the Final Redemption Valuation Date as 5 September 2023; and

2.         the Maturity Date as 12 September 2023.
