The Company was informed on 14 February 2006 that Mrs. Jean P. Brown had
transferred, by way of gift, 212,343 ordinary 50p shares in the Company,
representing 11.0% of the issued ordinary share capital, to her daughter Mrs.
Susan Williams.

The resultant shareholding for Mrs. Jean P. Brown is 212,343 (11.0%), and the
new shareholding for Mrs. Susan Williams is 212,343 (11.0%).
