Change of name to Camco Clean Energy plc

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to obtaining shareholder approval at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 31 October 2012, the process for the change of name to Camco Clean Energy plc has been completed.

The shares will trade on AIM under the name of Camco Clean Energy plc with effect from 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 6 November 2012, represented by a new ticker "CCE" and the same ISIN number (GB00B11FB960).
