Directors' interests in shares

Camco International Limited ('Camco'), a leading climate change business in the growing carbon and sustainable development markets, announces that Chief Executive Officer Jeff Kenna has today transferred 128,600 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ('Shares') to Overmoor Limited SSAS of which Jeff Kenna is interested.

The 128,600 Shares which represent 0.07% of the current issued share capital were sold by Jeff Kenna and acquired by Overmoor Ltd SSAS at 27.25p per share.

Jeff Kenna's total interest of 3,579,763 Shares (representing 2.07% of the current issued share capital) remains unchanged following the transfer of which 2,254,852 are held personally, 166,667 Shares are held by Overmoor Limited and 1,158,244 are held by Overmoor Limited SSAS.
