Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (AQSE: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage , announces that it has issued 87,678 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan. These New Ordinary Shares are in addition to the three Ordinary Shares issued during the month and announced on 22 November pursuant to the exercise of Long-Term Warrants. All of the Ordinary Shares issued during the month were issued under the Company's existing block listing entitlement.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the issued ordinary share capital of the Company comprises 116,137,651 ordinary shares of €0.01 each with one vote per share. Therefore, this figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The New Ordinary Shares are already admitted to trading on AIM under the Company's existing block listing entitlement. An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 1 December 2022.
