Holding in Company - Replacement

The following replaces the announcement released on 16 July 2010 at 17:02 under RNS number 5098P.  The changes to the announcement are as follows; "now interested in 6,715,353 Ordinary Shares" not "3,584,170" as previously stated and "representing approximately 6.48 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital" not "3.46 per cent." as previously stated.

Iofina received notification today that, following the acquisition of shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 15 July 2010, BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited, acting as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme, is now interested in 6,715,353 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.48 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
