Completion of ATP Oil and Gas UK Ltd Sale Process

Further to the announcement of 7 February, Independent Oil and Gas Plc  (AIM:IOG.L) is pleased to confirm that the sale of ATP Oil and Gas (UK) Limited, the operator of the Company's two key licences, Skipper and Blythe, to Alpha Petroleum (UK) Holdings Limited has now completed.

About Independent Oil & Gas:
