iomart Group plc ('iomart' or the 'Company')
Director's shareholding
iomart announces that on 4 April 2008 Angus MacSween, chief executive officer
and a director of the Company, gifted 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from his personal name to the
Angus MacSween Discretionary Trust ('the Trust') at a price of 45p per share.
Following these transactions, Angus MacSween's interest in the Company remains
unchanged, with his personal holding being 9,286,304 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 9.34 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital and the holding of the Trust being 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 10.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
