iomart, the managed hosting company, announces that on 2 September 2008, Ian Ritchie, chairman of the Company, purchased 107,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company on behalf of his Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP') at a price of 46.7p per share.
Following this transaction, Ian Ritchie's interest in the Company comprises 107,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
