iomart announces that on 13 May and 16 May 2001, the following directors
purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:
Bill Dobbie
Acquired 30,000 shares at 21p and 10,000 at 24p in the name of his children's
trust in aggregate representing 0.07% of the share capital of the Company.
His enlarged beneficial and non-beneficial interest in the Company is
12,010,000 shares representing 22.32% of the Company.
Nick Kuennsberg
Acquired 10,000 shares at 21p each representing 0.02% of the share capital of
the Company. His enlarged beneficial and non-beneficial interest in the
Company is 45,277 shares representing 0.08% of the Company.
Fred Shedden
Acquired 10,000 shares at 21p and 10,000 shares at 24p representing in
aggregate 0.04% of the share capital of the Company. His enlarged beneficial
and non-beneficial interest in the Company is 42,222 shares representing 0.08%
of the Company.
