Acquired 50,000 shares at 10p each representing 0.9% of the share capital of the
Company.  His enlarged beneficial and non-beneficial interest in the Company is
132,777 shares representing 0.25% of the Company.

Fred Shedden
Acquired 40,000 shares at 10p and representing 0.7% of the share capital of the
Company.  His enlarged beneficial and non-beneficial interest in the Company is
107,222 shares representing 0.20% of the Company.
