DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS
In order to satisfy sustained institutional investor demand for shares of iomart
Group plc (the 'company' or 'iomart') non-executive director Bill Dobbie has
further reduced his shareholding in the Company.
The Company was informed that on 19 December 2003, that Bill Dobbie sold
2,400,000 ordinary shares in iomart at a price of 40p each. The Company has been
informed that these shares have been placed with institutional investors.
Mr Dobbie's interest in the share capital of iomart after completion of this
sale is as follows:

Mr Dobbie has given an undertaking that he will make no further disposals of
shares in the Company for a period of at least 12 months.
