                            Resignation of directors

As was agreed in November last year when he resigned his position as finance
director, David Harrison resigned as a non-executive director of the company at
the annual general meeting held on 26 June 2002 following the completion of the
handover of his duties.

In response to the revised levels of business and the company's new focus on
NetIntelligence, Neil Finlayson has also resigned as a director of the company
at the annual general meeting to pursue new opportunities.

The board would like to thank both David and Neil for their significant
contributions over the past three years.
