iomart group plc ( the ''Group'')
Director change
As iomart group continues its focus on becoming a leading managed service and
datacentre company it has taken further steps to rationalise its internal
structure. We have spent the last 12 months making each part of the group an
autonomous business unit and our Ufindus subsidiary is now completely stand
alone. In order to allow them to focus on accelerating the growth of that
business and delivering maximum shareholder value in the short to medium term
Mark Hallam and Stuart Forrest have decided to step down from the iomart group
main board with immediate effect. Mark and Stuart will remain as directors of
Ufindus ltd and continue to lead that business into the future. We thank them
for their valuable input in the past at group board level and look forward to
their contribution to the Group going forward.
