                                Grant of options


iomart Group Plc announces that on 27 September 2007 the remuneration committee
awarded Sarah Haran, Operations Director and Richard Logan, Financial Director
500,000 options each over the Company's ordinary 1p shares at the exercise price
of 50.5 pence per share, exercisable between 27 September 2010 and 28 September
2017.

85,892 of Mrs Haran's options have been granted under the Company's EMI scheme
and 414,108 have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme. All of Mr
Logan's options have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme. Details
of both schemes are available in the Company's 2007 Annual Report and Accounts.

Following this award Mrs Haran has options over 1,834,161 shares representing
approximately 1.84 per cent. of iomart's issued share capital and Mr Logan has
options over 700,000 shares representing approximately 0.7 per cent of iomart's
issued share capital.
