                   Launch of ADSL Services

iomart Group plc (www.iomart.com) is pleased to announce the
full  commercial  launch of its high  speed  unmetered  ADSL
service for business and home internet users.

The new internet connection method enables standard analogue
phone  lines  to  simultaneously carry both data  and  voice
message  at  speeds between 10 and 40 per cent  faster  than
existing modems.

iomart's  consumer ISP, Madasafish (www.madasafish.com)  has
been   one   of  the  few  successful  ISPs  trialing   ADSL
(Asymmetric  Digital Subscriber Line) with  BT.  Madasafish,
its  soon  to  be released Madasafish Business Service,  and
iomart  will  all  be  offering  the  ADSL  connections   at
affordable  prices. The ADSL development also opens  up  the
opportunity  for  iomart to add voice services  at  a  later
date.  iomart is particularly well placed, having no  legacy
leased  line  revenue,  which  is  a  major  advantage  over
traditional  infrastructure based telcos. The  first  iomart
Group installations are expected to commence in July.
