Result of AGM

iomart Group plc (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

As announced on 12 June 2018, long-standing Chairman, Ian Ritchie, did not stand for re-election at the AGM. Ian Steele, who has been a Non-Executive Director since June 2016, has been appointed Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. iomart will recruit an additional Non-Executive Director in due course.
