                          Further admission of shares

Application has been made for 212,800 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares') (fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares) to
trading on AIM. The 212,800 Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the
exercise of 212,800 options over Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that admission to trading on AIM will become effective and that
dealings will commence on 18 October 2004. Following the admission of the 
212,800 Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 
41,023,802.
