                              Additional Listing



Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for 6,150 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.  The Ordinary Shares are being
issued to former employees pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Company's Employee Share Option Scheme. Admission is expected to become
effective on 13 November 2001.
